Loved the place, had a perfect stay during our visit. the hotel was in a peaceful location close to the mall of Robinsons. There was Pret a Manger nearby to grab something to eat. Rewritten: We absolutely adored our stay at Citadel Bed And Breakfast. the location was peaceful, right by Robinsons Mall, and we had a perfect time during our visit. It was convenient to have a Pret a Manger nearby for a quick bite to eat.

Perfect residential location, close enough to a shopping mall. Also, in a quiet area. Large room with a very comfy bed and with a lot of space. A huge variety of great food at breakfast time.

It was spotlessly clean, everyone was very very helpful. Location: the hotel was really close to the mall, the baywalk and Kanigaran Beach to the east.

The service was really good, the guard was waiting even until 1pm for our arrival. The owner drove us to the airport via a bazar where we could find souvenirs. And she bought even twin beds after receiving our booking and the question in the comments box, if twin beds were available.
The breakfast could have been better: at least a cold drink and some more choice.

Good experience there. Cheap, neat room with a fridge. Attentive, very amiable staff towards all guests. Location right by hotel's restaurant and free Kanigaran Beach and Puerto Princesa.

The service is very good! Personnel is perfect and trying to please everyone. I love it there.
There are Few farms/private houses around and they have roosters crawling every morning at 5:30am but its all around in Puerto Princesa and I don't think its only Citadel location problem.

We liked the friendliness of the owners and the staff. They really catered to our comfort and needs. The service was personal which we really liked and appreciated. The location is great and conducive to relaxation, being away fr. Major road, but still near Robinsons mall or the center. Rooms are clean and big. The food prices are reasonable and delicious. I have to mention here their chili garlic prawns that I like. This place is highly recommended and we shall be back soon!!!

The owner was very friendly. We stayed in the standard room, which was air conditioned and very clean. It came with a small kitchen area. The bed & breakfast is less than a year, everything was well laid out and very clean. The room was also well-insulated. We couldn't hear music that was playing out by the pool, nor could we hear roosters crowing in the morning (which is unusual in Palawan!) There's a good-sized pool. It's not located in the center of Puerto Princesa (it's about 10 mins away), but that was fine with us because we were at the end of our trip and just wanted to relax in our room. We really enjoyed our stay!
